I found my old drum stuff yesterday, tidying, and now ache from practicing nine-stroke rolls (and isn't that just the greatest euphemism ever?). Can't remember whether you're meant to drum from the arm or from the wrist, though, and it's kind of a fundamental. Ooooops.
